Carly Osherow is on the rugby team at the University of Pugent sound, where she majors in math and has a minor in education and computer science. She is from St Louis, and this will be her 10th summer at Camp Sabra. Carly loves to make friendship bracelets and to spend time on the swim dock, and she can’t wait to go on the river trip and make lots of new friends.
Gwen Sinclair loves to collect Princess Bride memorabilia, she can sing the alphabet backwards, and has arrived at Camp Sabra for the very first time! She is from St Louis and attends Illinois State University, where she studies Theatre Education. Gwen’s favorite thing about Camp Sabra is how it brings out her inner kid, and she is excited for her campers to have as great of an experience as she has had so far.
Ashley Aronson is on the country western dance team at school, and loves to dance in her own way at Camp Sabra for the 8th time! She is from Dallas and attends JJ Pearce High School, where she loves to play soccer and hang out with her friends. Ashley’s favorite thing about camp is the people, and she loves being able to try new things with her favorite people.
Remi Levinson can touch her tongue to her nose, and she is more than excited to be back at Camp Sabra for her 8th summer! She is from St Louis and will be attending the University of Missouri in the fall, where she will major in Nutrition. Remi loves Camp Sabra for all of the friends she has made, and she is so excited to meet her campers, form relationships with them and form bonds with a ton of new people.
Eve Baliff will be taking a gap year this fall in Israel before she goes off to college, but is stopping in Rocky Mount for the summer to be at Camp Sabra for her 6th year! She is from Houston, Texas, and plans on going to the University of Maryland to major in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Eve hopes to ensure that her campers have an amazing summer and learn more about themselves in the process
Shayna Daniel plays varsity soccer and lacrosse at school, and is more than excited to return to camp for her 9th summer at Sabra. She goes to Parish Episcopal School in Dallas, and she loves to go to her family’s ranch and spend time outdoors. She loves that Camp Sabra is a home away from home for people of all ages, and she is most excited to bond with her campers and learn from them.
A huge fan of sunsets and s’mores, Rachel McLaren is happy to be returning to Camp Sabra for her 2nd year! She is from the United Kingdom and attended the University of Strathclyde, where she studies Marketing and Work Psychology. Rachel loves to hike and spend time with her dogs, and she can’t wait to gain a whole lot more memories and camping skills throughout the summer.
Cameron Nadler has 20 plants in her room and loves to tend to them, and she can’t wait to tend to children this summer for her 9th year at Camp Sabra! She will be attending the University of Minnesota in the fall as a Nursing major, and her favorite thing about camp is the Ski Dock. Cameron can’t wait to relax and reflect this summer, as well as make countless memories with every person possible.
Jordan Aubel is excited for her very first summer at Camp Sabra! She is from Pennsylvania and attends the University of Mount Union in Ohio, majoring in Graphic Design. She is currently an EMT, and she loves to read, run and swim. Jordan hopes to learn more about Jewish culture and have a fun summer with all of the kids she gets a chance to meet this summer.
Margaret Asher’s arms are double jointed, and she loves to climb, as well as return to Camp Sabra for her 9th time! She is from Memphis and goes to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she majors in Special Education. Margaret loves the Sail Dock, and she can’t wait to make new friends and memories this summer.
Having spent a night in 48 out of all 50 states, Emma Barnes has finally stopped in Rocky Mount for the first time this summer! She is from St Louis and attends the University of Missouri, where she majors in Biochemistry, and loves to swim, figure skate and hang out with friends. Emma’s favorite thing so far about camp is the ski dock, and she hopes to have a fun and enjoyable summer while meeting a lot of new people.
Katie Bendalin once went to summer camp in Brazil with kids from 12 countries, but is excited to be back in Rocky Mount for the 7th time this summer! She is from Dallas, where she goes to high school at Greenhill School. Katie loves all of the traditions at Camp Sabra, as well as the people, and she hopes to gain incredible bonds with her campers, other staff, and wants to learn something new about herself.
Brittany Blinder is one of 4 Blinder children to attend Camp Sabra at some point, and she is more than excited to return for her 10th summer! She is from St Louis and currently attends Tulane University, where she majors in Political Science. Brittany is pumped for the river trips and a summer of great memories, but even better friends.
Phoebe Wolkowitz is more than excited to return to Camp Sabra for her 3rd year! She is from St Louis, and just graduated from Parkway Central. She will be attending KU in the fall, and loves to come back for the friendships she has made. Phoebe can’t wait to make new friends, and is looking forward to making new bonds with her campers.
A sports fanatic, participating in swimming and water polo, Ivy Befeler is ready to return to Camp Sabra for her 8th summer! She is from St Louis and attends Clayton High School, where she is the proud owner of three chickens. Ivy really likes meeting people from different places around the country and world, and is really excited to meet new kids and gain more leadership skills.
